Beautiful 3 Bedroom Water Tower Goes On Sale For £595,000

An old water tower in Leicestershire was converted into a beautiful three-bedroom home. This water tower has now gone on to win awards as well.

The Grade II listed water tower complete with a curved glass extension and has a guide price of £595,000. This, as I write this, seems like great value. Yes, the water tower is in Leicestershire, but the build finish and the views that come with this converted tower certainly makes up for that.

The water tower looks spacious, and the current owners have embraced its original features and worked with them, creating this fantastic piece of architecture. The kitchen has a glass floor to showcase the original iron pipework which was used to drain the water tower back when it was a working water tower.

If you are bored of the two up two down set up or the typical housing estate, you may be interested in this very quirky converted water tower.

This award-winning converted water tower was the most viewed property on Rightmove in January.

“It’s always fun to showcase quirky properties that stand out from the crowd and this converted water tower certainly falls into that category. You don’t need to be a property expert to see why it’s garnered so much attention from the British public – it’s a fantastic example of how innovative architecture can really reenergise and transform a period property.”

Rightmove’s Director of Property Data Tim Bannister

Boasting panoramic veiws in this contempory family home the luxury of this grade II listed building will leave you wanting and rightly so.
