Hello everybody we figured it was about time that we updated all of our followers on what has been going on and how we are getting on with our training and our trip.
The weather has been terrible and with my health I really cant afford to get ill as getting a cold knocks a normal person for six but with me it is ten times worst so we have been training at home using the rowing machine and the indoor bike which is not the same but still none the less it is cardio training and every little helps.
Our cycle ride is spreading around the local area like wildfire and we are really looking forward to getting some newspaper and TV interviews under our belts to help raise even more money for Help For Heroes.
We are also in need of finding places for us to stay on the way down as we really need as many people as we can find to donate a place for us to sleep a night or two so please take a look at our route and if you can help us out then please contact us.
