Today the day started off with torrential rain and it was very windy but as the day went on the weather improved and we were able to head out on our bikes for a quick cycle ride.
We did the same route as we did on sunday as Jane had been at work all day so was very tired and we simply struggle to find enough time in the day to do long enough sessions.
The wind today was strong and very blustery so we both knew that this was going to be a hard session.
I personally did not find it too bad but I could tell Jane was struggling somewhat.
I was tinkering around with my phone while cycling and took a nice photo of my front wheel…. I know how exciting is that!!!!
We covered 10.4 miles which is not too bad but I really want to be doing more every day if I could find the time. I did however yesterday do 5 minutes on the rowing machine to cover 3.3 miles.
